This is not another vision board workshop that gives you a nice visual to hang on your wall or use as wallpaper on your phone.
This is a space to gain clarity and create a roadmap to actually bring your vision to life. Every single day.
I believe a vision is important, more so knowing your values and what you care about. But what if you don’t even know what those are yet? Well, you remain waiting, hoping, wishing and wanting. Until! You decide you will gain clarity and take action. Even if it is something very simple.
I also believe your vision is unique and gets to be created by YOU and what your heart needs and dictates. Not what the world tells you it should be. This requires a bit of courage and determination and I trust you’ve already got some of that.
Your vision board will be brought to life by you through your habits, your choices, and your beliefs. So first we will cover the basics: Your values, what you believe in and what you will clear out of the way so that there’s room for the new. Once that is taken care of, we ground in the word that will serve as your anchor and then your most creative human power will be used, that is, your imagination! Visualization and declaration. That’s when the magic hits!
The butterflies in your stomach because you see what is possible and how to actually get there step by step.
Sounds like a lot but trust me, when you do it in community and with someone who can guide you through the process you will notice the difference. It unfolds beautifully.
This journey will clear the blur in your life, give you the space to connect with what really matters to you without any judgement and give you the freedom to put on paper what feels good to you. The plan will also be laid out so when January comes, you will be ready instead of trying to figure out where to even begin!
1. Discover your word of the year: A grounding meditation to uncover your word of the year. I will explain why this is so important. This will be useful to overcome challenges, lay boundaries and reassure you are on the right path.
2. Ground in your values: What is important to you? What matters most to you? This is the foundation for what you will be building in the coming year.
3. Craft your vision from your heart: This is where your creativity comes to play. (As humans we have our creative side, no need to be perfect, just very well connected). Your heart will give you the clarity to put on your vision board what really matters to you, now.
4. Lay out the roadmap: Your habits, your steps and the plan that will give your brain the instructions to word for you to bring this vision to life. (Yes! Your brain is your biggest ally here)
5. Connect and Celebrate: We are a community now and we bring the energy of possibility, completion and celebration.
